Warranty Service
Kar’s Group Cleaning Products and Engineering Ltd. offers a 12-month warranty for Karcher machine products. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, we will repair the above product free of charge (Fee of spare parts/accessories and on-site service is separately charged), provided the malfunction is caused by normal use and not by human error. The warranty policy is subject to the following terms. An official receipt or invoice of purchase is required to access the warranty service.

Warranty policy
- This warranty is applicable for professional cleaning machines purchased from Kar’s Group Cleaning Products and Engineering Ltd. in Hong Kong (Not include accessories/spare parts and any Karcher product purchased outside Hong Kong).
- Customers must present the original invoice to enjoy this warranty.
- This machine has a unique serial number which must not be altered or removed.
- Warranty is only valid under normal usage. Any damage caused by improper usage, overuse or man-made damage (such as impact from fall over, over twisting the cable, improper storage or wrong operation) is not covered by warranty.
- Warranty does not include any consumables, such as wear & tear parts and loss of accessories.
- For battery products, warranty does not include the natural wear and tear of the battery.
- Warranty does not cover the damage caused by the use of non-original Karcher parts and accessories.
- Warranty will be void if the machine is not repaired/ replaced by our technician.
- Damage caused by natural disasters, pests is not covered by this warranty.
- In the event of any dispute, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.
